Your contribution!

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Salesforce solutions and works closely with teams to understand their data analysis needs.

Your day-to-day!

• Help translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that make the most of the Salesforce platform, while respecting our internal processes.
• Perform in-depth analyses to quickly identify and resolve bugs and problems related to data and/or data processing.
• Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution.
• Ensure regular maintenance of our solutions, resolve technical problems and provide support to the various teams.
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices related to solution development.
• Be up to date with Salesforce's evolving features and offerings.
• Model the data and implement the solution in Salesforce.
Manage the base code and keep documentation up to date.

Your skills, our requirements!

• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Over 5 years' experience as an analyst developer, ideally with experience on the Salesforce platform in a corporate environment
• Experience in business analysis (3 years)
• Ability to clearly identify customers' business needs
• Ability to write one or more proposals taking into account business needs, current architecture, best practices and internal processes
• Ability to model operational system data
• Ability to find solutions to complex problems
• Ability to learn technological tools independently
• Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec on a recurring basis
• Experience in a centralized environment
• Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Organizational skills, time management and sense of priorities
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate meticulousness and judgment in documentation
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (or other ERP) an asset
• Knowledge of Power BI (or other visualization tool) an asset
Knowledge of SQL for reporting purposes an asset
