We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing IT Business Applications team responsible for building the next generation of Salesforce Lightning applications fueling our Quote-To-Cash Program.We're looking for an adaptable, high-performing, motivated, and self-reliant individual who has direct experience in Salesforce.com application processes end to end. The individual will use a broad set of skills and experiences to ensure our Sales teams receive quality services and products. A successful individual in this role can take complex business scenarios, envision an enterprise-class solution, and mold that vision into a technical solution.You will be working with cutting-edge technologies in an ever-evolving, energetic environment bringing real value to our stakeholders. - Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and all aspects of development to deliver high value solutions to our stakeholders
- Designing and implement solutions utilizing Visualforce and Lightning Components/Framework
- Develop Apex classes, test classes, controllers and triggers, Visualforce, Lightening component, Force.com
- Conduct design and code walk through, peer review, and produce technical documentation to insure a high level of code quality
- Participate in modeling and design sessions with developers and in-house customers
- Design and implement controlled processes to assist in service delivery of mission critical applications
- Convert applications from Lightning Aura to Lightning Web Component where needed
- Optimize page layouts, workflow rules, security profiles, and field usage, build new applicationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive software engineering background with excellent analytical, design, communication, and people skills.
- 5+ years of overall IT/development experience with an emphasis on web-based integrations and front-end development, with 3+ years of working experience in with Salesforce.com and integrations with Enterprise Applications.
- Strong experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) configuration, customization, and development. Salesforce Certifications desired.
- Strong experience with Front-End (UI) development with Salesforce Lightning, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS required.
- Experience in Application Development using Agile methodologies. ScrumMaster certification – a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitation or driven by enterprise need.
- Understanding of code promotion, version control, and automated testing procedures.
