Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Salesforce Developer in Nashville, Tennessee (TN).

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Salesforce architecture and design, data cleanliness, integrity, building sales methodology, process into Salesforce, testing, and deploying new processes
• Create and manage all aspects of a user record: profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules
• Provide quality assurance testing of business applications and reports on as needed basis
• Supporting multiple departments in the areas of application configuration using native in-app development frameworks, enhancing, creating reports, and dashboards
• Develop training materials and provide training and support to SFDC end users globally
• Must be able to work with customer to gather requirements for platform enhancements
• Manage and complete quarterly platform maintenance
• Build and maintain bi-directional integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party ITSM/CSM platforms and applications

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Administration Certification required
• Salesforce Service Cloud Certification preferred
• Firm grasp on automations using workflow process builder/cloud flow designer, approval process, workflow field updates, email alerts, quick actions, validation rules, formula fields, and roll up summary fields
• In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC
• Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard SFDC reporting functionality
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple projects with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
