Technical Senior Talent Partner (Salesforce Certified Specialist)
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for one of our key global clients, in particular the recruitment of Salesforce, DevOps and Cloud roles.
As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the company’s internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2.
What you'll be doing
- Headhunting top-tier Salesforce talent, along with other tech-focused roles.
- Leveraging our leading recruitment technology suite, you will gain insights into the talent landscape, helping to identify potential candidates based on location, employment history, salary benchmarks, and demographics.
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
Who you are
- A driven professional with a passion for talent sourcing and delivering exceptional service to clients
- You will have at least 5 years of experience hiring Salesforce professionals in the UK
- You'll have a track record of success in identifying and engaging senior talent.
- You are a team player who excel in collaborative settings and can work effectively alongside senior stakeholders.
- You will be strong in sourcing, independently, driven and autonomous, especially in stakeholder management and problem solving.
- Located in London with the ability to visit the client's office twice a week.
