The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Lightning Design System, and other technologies. The role involves providing technical leadership, establishing best practices for development, and managing the entire development lifecycle, including integration, deployment, testing, and refinement. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with stakeholders to leverage Salesforce to enhance productivity and streamline business processes as the organization continues to grow rapidly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business needs.
- Lead and implement best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing (unit and system).
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and productivity through Salesforce solutions, providing recommendations for scaling the organization.
- Define, communicate, and manage the change management process for developing and implementing new code, as well as updates to existing applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
- Serve as a technical lead in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in developing Apex classes, triggers, and using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (LDS) and Salesforce DX (SFDX).
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including gathering requirements and deploying solutions to end users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in technical project management, including leading projects from inception to completion.
- Strong communication and data presentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
- Proficient in using version control systems like GitHub.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of development experience, ideally within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, and object-oriented programming (Java/C++).
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
