Title: Salesforce Developer

Basic Company Info: Healthcare, Pharmacy, Retail, and Pharmacy Benefits Management

Location: Remote for the duration of COVID, then onsite in Hartford, CT preferred (151 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT 06156). Local CT candidates preferred

Why Open: They have an influx of work on several of their top initiatives and need additional assistance

Team/Role: Looking for a few Salesforce Developers that can look at code, but also understand the bigger picture and assist with architecture too. Not necessarily a heads down developer, but willing to learn and help advance the functionality for the Provide Data Innovation program. Will be working closely with the SalesForce COE within CVS and will be responsible for showing designs and having discussions.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 month contract + extensions and opportunity to convert (no h1s)

Interview Process: video WebEx (most likely one round to hire) – second round could also be WebEx

Must haves:

6+ years doing Salesforce Development
API/integration expereince
Ability to look at code but also understand the bigger picture and do more than just code
Intrinsic motivation to want to learn new skills
Excellent communication skills
