Our Hybrid Work Program: To create vibrancy and foster collaboration, while providing for hours spent working from home, we have implemented a hybrid work schedule. We work from the office in Poway on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and every other Wednesday. Fridays and the other Wednesday are spent working from home. Team members can always work more hours in the office, if they choose.

Overall: Analyze the processes in the company, design the CRM workflows in Salesforce, and also provide custom solutions for specific business requirements.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the testing and implementation of package development efforts, as well as coding, configuration, regular maintenance, installation, testing, debugging to agreed upon schedules and deadlines.

Serves as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions

Plans, prepares, transforms and deploys data files.

Performs data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader

Creates and designs Salesforce products to boost business productivity Collaborate with different business units to ensure successful Salesforce releases of updates and timing of code deployment

Utilizes best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed.

Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, and support.

Provide technical assistance and end user and how-to assistance.

Assist in the development of scope of work, and associated milestones.

Continually updates technical proficiency through continuous education.

May provide advice and guidance to junior level personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5s or progressive salesforce development experience. Salesforce Platform Developer certification required.

Demonstrated experience in gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com

Experience with SCRUM and Agile environment

Technical requirements:

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Interface
Working knowledge of APIs
Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications
Working knowledge of APIs
Skilled with SFDC toolkit,
VisualForce, and Apex
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
Utilize SQL, CSS, Java, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, AJAX, jQuery

High intermediate experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools. Github or other version control system experience.

Good communication skills (both written and verbal) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders

Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting of 10# or less (less than 5% of the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist, none above shoulders. Use of the phone, Zoom and other meeting systems, up to 20% of the time. Must be able to do desk work, which includes computer work for extended periods of time. Requires standing (less than 5% of the time). Requires use of telephone. Travel of up to 15%, primarily via airplane, required.
