  • Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Product Owner to be a part of their expanding Information Technology team and help shape up the digital experiences needed to advance their vision.

  • The Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • The Product Owner also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive career in IT.
  • 5+ years' experience as an Agile Product owner, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product.
  • Any one Salesforce certification is must.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential, experience in Service Cloud is a preference.
  • Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Good product design and interaction design skills.
  • Should be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc.
  • Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Be familiar with data driven product optimization.
  • Positive, willing to solve complex problems.
  • Good communication skills should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal.
  • Cross culture work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Being a 'User' focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Defining & prioritizing the product roadmap, while balancing budget, timelines, and other constraints.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment to the organization's product strategy and business objectives.
  • Clearly communicating our strategy and our key metrics in regular product sync-up meetings to business, peers & other interlocked teams.
  • Gathering valuable inputs, updating the plans accordingly, and communicating their impact to all the relevant stakeholders.
  • Taking initiative for getting the requirements, providing their clear interpretations using user stories.
  • Writing product requirements including Use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proving yourself to be Data driven. Base your decisions on facts rather than opinions.
  • Displaying passion about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve it.
  • Exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Measures product performance as well as value delivered to clients and adjusts product roadmaps and plans where necessary.
  • Being skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Keeping an open mind and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $53.10 - $70.00 per hour
