Responsibilities:

The Sr. Salesforce Systems Developer/Analyst will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. The Sr. Salesforce Systems Developer/Analyst will take a lead technical role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset. The position will entail the following duties and responsibilities:

Lead and manage a portfolio of technical customer projects to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of product expansion, migrations, and deployments
Strong understanding with Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, Lightning Components, Visual Force pages, Apex, workflows and assignment rules)
Serve as the subject matter expert and technical lead for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments
Draft technical project instructions, technical designs, and systems integration-related documents and deliverables
Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Visual Force
Develop software solutions using MS tools, Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs
Develop a deep understanding of integrations in and out of our Salesforce clouds, as well as assist in implementing and updating integrations.
Work with CRM team and business partners to understand requirements, define, and optimize processes and help drive process improvements to meet business needs in Salesforce
Design and implement Salesforce.com solutions using best practices through standard configuration and custom development
Develop clear technical requirements and specifications when custom development is required
Establish best practices for development, testing, and change control

Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or related experience
3+ years’ experience Salesforce development and implementation
Experience with Salesforce Administration and System integrations.
Experience with Force.com platform and programming experience in Apex
Experience in Lightning Web Components and custom application development
Functional knowledge of integration systems, with experience integrating enterprise software between various software solutions
Experience in scoping, clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills - ability to effectively communicate across internal and external business, marketing, and engineering departments
Strong organizational, analytical skills and the ability to work at a highly-detailed level
Experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP, Streaming API, and Salesforce Platform Events.

Strong Pluses

One or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a developer
