You Have:
- 5+ years custom development in Salesforce using declarative and programmatic customizations.
- 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce lightning UI building custom components in Aura and LWC.
- Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, Force.com IDE / VScode, Migration Tools and Web Services
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII), Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Experience with CI/CD tools(like GitHub, Jenkins) for Salesforce.
- Experience with cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integration technologies.
- You can teach us something new or identify our blind spots. We love to hire people who are way more knowledgeable than us or can compliment the skillset on the team.

Twitch is passionate about delivering quality Customer Support for its community members. We are enhancing the current experience and improving for the future. With Salesforce Service Cloud at the core, our eco system spans AWS services, Informatica, several 3rd party tools and the Twitch platform.
As a Salesforce Engineer on this team, you would report to an engineering manager and will be based in San Francisco or one of the Twitch offices. You are a person who understands customer obsession and wants to build a culture of customer-first partnerships across all boundaries, and has the desire to evolve the value of Twitch IT's engineering organization. While working with partners and other Engineering teams, you will directly improve Twitch's customer service experience. You will contribute to our goal to improve the efficiency and productivity of our support agents while enhancing the customer experience and educating them on our products.

You Will:
- Oversee technical aspects of the Force.com platform, including custom development and systems integrations
- Develop in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support our requirements and promote company goals
- Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customizations and integration
- Support across systems and related integrations native to the SFDC ecosystem
- Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues
- Promptly respond to customer queries/clarifications.
- Research and find opportunities to use SFDC best practices, guidelines and new features to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with scripting in python or golang
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics solutions
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Informatica or Mulesoft
