Group CRM Salesforce developer H/F

GEODIS is deploying an audacious strategic plan "Ambition 2023" to support group's growth and its Digital transformation. The deployment of a common CRM tool within the Group is a priority for GEODIS in order to support its strategic objective of business development through cross selling. To reinforce the team, meet this requirement, we are recruiting a CRM Salesforce developer.
She/he will be part of the GEODIS Digital Solutions Factory team and will take the responsibilities of Salesforce AMS developments after the deployments of majority of GEODIS Lines of Business. She/he will directrly report to Group CRM Project Manager.

Her/his main responsibilities are:
Responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of customizations.
Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
Be up to date with Salesforce technologies, Salesforce product roadmap and ensure related GEODIS setup continuity.
Manage the Salesforce handover done by the project integrator.
Responsible for estimating, planning and managing his/her own tasks.
Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team.
Takes responsibility for the quality of the software he/she produces.
Interacts with Product Owners as much as necessary to clarify requirements.

4/5 years experience, Master's degree or IT Engineer school
Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the cloud lightning Component Framework.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Experience with Agile software development practices
Experience on other Salesforce modules (Pardot, Einstein analytics) would be a +
Affinity to work in an international context
Oral and written English fluency
