Role Description/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of applying Apex coding/development skills in Salesforce environments.
- Experience working in Service Cloud with out of box Case Object, Knowledge, email to case, etc.
- Experience working in Sales Cloud with out of box Contact Object, Account, Leads, etc
- Experience working and developing in Salesforce lightning (aura, LWCs, etc.)
- Understanding of Java
- SFDC certification required (admin or higher)
- Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable
- Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations
- Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carries out migration of the changes to production
- Assists with technical design and documentation
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements
- Assists with UAT and requirement validation
