Seeking an experienced salesforce/software developer who is always looking for new ways to solve problems, meet challenges and improve software capability and functionality. We want you to join our team and contribute your expertise to design and build world-class solutions to meet evolving requirements and supporting our Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, and Operations business groups. Essential Duties
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform (web & mobile) to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
- Communicate with managers, users, and other developers to design cohesive solutions and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Interact directly with management, vendors, and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces and integrations with Salesforce
- Provide system administration support of internal Salesforce environment, especially related to applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Real Estate asset management, Real Estate acquisitions, and Real Estate development, and Operations to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum work experience of 2+ years in software development including applications programming and database object and SQL development
- Minimum work experience of 1+ years of Salesforce development
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
- Proficient with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
- Experience with developing and using APIs – SOAP/REST
- Experience developing user interfaces
- Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot
- Experience with Salesforce mobile
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annual base salary plus annual discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.
