Overview:
Knowledge Services is actively looking for a Salesforce Developer for a FULL TIME position with a client in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a Full Remote role with great Benefits and work/ life balance.

This position will be responsible for configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform including all integrations within the client needs. This position will apply innovative technology to the business processes in order to develop new solutions.

Responsibilities:
The Salesforce Developer will have the below responsibilities:

Key contributor in the implementation of the Salesforce platform for the client.
Lead evaluations and integration efforts of 3rd party applications relating to the Salesforce platform.
Lead planning and execution of Salesforce system upgrades.
Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
Lead governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning.
Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring functional requirements are met.
Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities.
Manage configuration changes & ensure consistency across environments.
Establish & maintain Salesforce configuration standards & best practices.
Coordinate integrations with other applications.
Maintain expert knowledge on the Salesforce platform.
Effectively manage and prioritize implementation tasks.
Mentor other team members.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of Salesforce.

Qualifications:
The Salesforce Developer will have the below Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT related field is required with 3+ years’ work related experience or an associate degree or industry related certification(s) along with 5+ years’ related work experience.
7+yrs working in Salesforce Development and 3+ years of Senior Development
Salesforce CRM Admin and/or Developer certifications.
Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts.
Visualforce and Apex fundamentals; basic knowhow of C# and JavaScript.
Contributed or participated with Architecture based decisions
Lightning framework.
Developer console.
Web services, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language.
Experience with at least one end to end Salesforce implementation.
Experience related to implementation and management of enterprise Salesforce suite of products including Sales, Marketing, and Experience.
Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization, including breaking down complex topics for target audiences.
Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities.
Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
Ability to motivate and set the direction for a team.
Excellent customer service, organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage projects and objectives, meet deadlines, and track them continuously under minimal supervision.
