Job Description:
- The person needs to be senior enough to understand and visualize complex environment structure.
- CLM team engages cross LOB and so this needs to take care of multiple complex integrations on both API & DB structures.
- The person needs to be able to lead a call for troubleshooting with other tech leads from the integration teams joining for the call
- The person should be able to articulate the problem statement and guide the team through troubleshooting steps towards a solution
- Hands on troubleshooting skills with Salesforce and a complex integration structure with microservice and cloud/non cloud enabled data structures is a must have
- Have excellent communication skills (both vocal and written as a proper write of the issue and documentation is a must have)
- Have salesforce development knowledge to be able guide/coach the offshore team for support and minor bug fixes
- Define and enhance production issue tracking and support process
