Serve as primary system developer for the Salesforce Lightning environment with 1000+ users
Handle all development including APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Processes
Manage Salesforce data feeds as well existing/ new integrations established with internal or 3rd party applications
Work with Growth Technology team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities.
Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Independently carryout development UAT, QA, documentation and implement new features and functionality and maintain current application.
Ownership of solutions, responsibility over translating functional requirements into technical solutions for multiple SFDC instances
Proactively seek out and identify system enhancements beneficial to current application as well as management of new releases to Salesforce including system rollout
Expand use of Salesforce – attend planning meetings, assist with determining if /how Salesforce can be used in new ways
Ability to identify critical requirements as part of mergers and acquisitions including new users, processes and data migrationQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
3-5 years of Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, General Configuration, Community Cloud, etc.)
2-3 years of Force.com development experience (APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Processes, Lightning, etc)
Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and multiple Salesforce instances using web services, SOAP, XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML, HTML, UML and JavaScript
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team with documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce reporting functionality and strong data management abilities.
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience working in SCRUM or agile environment preferred.
Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce certified in the following areas:
- Administration (Advanced)
  Development (Level I and Level II)
