Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer

Indev is seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to join our elite team of Salesforce aficionados. As a CRMA developer, you will play a pivotal role building new analytics capability in our customer's the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be crucial with designing, developing and deploying a new CRMA solution for a senior leadership team to provide a consolidated metrics dashboard that provides a bird’s-eye view to leadership across their organizational metrics. This new capability will help them link data from several disparate systems to increase visibility and improve decision making.

In addition, the role involves training and educating the stakeholders on CRMA to help them become citizen developers/configurators and build their own solutions for which that the role would provide long term support. The implementation will follow an Agile approach using iterations deliver the solution while fostering innovation and rapid adaptation. This includes both short and long-term planning, working with cross-functional teams, and providing demonstrations of working solutions throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support discovery and engineering of technical requirements working in close collaboration with the product owner and business users.
• Establish the vision, architecture, and design for using CRMA as the key platform for the solution.
• Work closely with the Software Architect, Business Analyst, Developers and other technical team members, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts in developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other external systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow, interoperability, and alignment with program requirements.
• Train end users, product and system owners, and other stakeholders on Salesforce CRMA to ensure they have capabilities to build and support their own solutions.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing technical solutions in an Agile environment.
• 8+ years of specialized experience (5+ focused on Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce, 3+ implementing in Platform, Service and Experience Cloud).
• Expertise with CRMA technologies and their implementation across a wide range of data sets.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with other applications, APIs and platforms.
• Competent with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills to work seamlessly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certified Salesforce CRMA credential/certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a federal environment, preferably Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Transportation Security Adminstration (TSA).
• Active DHS clearance, preferably with TSA.
• Proficient with Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework and Experience Cloud.

Additional Preferred certifications: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional

Clearance:

Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and will be required to pass a government background investigation. Candidates with active TSA and/or DHS clearances preferred.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
