Job Summary
SALESFORCE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT:
Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, develops, tests, debugs, releases, supports and documents those programs. Develop complex force.com applications using both declarative and customization capabilities. Customization framework of Salesforce.com using Apex, Triggers, visual Force, custom settings and Metadata Set up Apex Unit Testing with Governor Friendly Coding.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced programmer/analysts.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to
• Develops and implements strategic business plans to achieve business goals.
• Proactively leads a program and/or most complex projects by setting strategic direction.
• Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
• Obtains financial support for most complex projects or supports this work as it relates to program management.
• Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, other business areas across/within segments or other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.
• Consults with constituents (these may be internal and/or external) to scope/define project.
• Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; sets specific challenging and achievable objectives and action plans.
• Influences change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
• Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
• Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work/team.
• Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation.
• Drives a culture of engagement and learning with direct reports and partners
• Provides people with the access and visibility required to excel
• Translates the impact of change for others and guides them through the process of transformation
• Effectively manages cultural, generational and lifestyle differences of employee populations
• Actively seeks constituent feedback on service levels
• Lead the change management efforts and ensure accountability
• Have the ability to act as OWN Business Analyst for Salesforce projects

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Salesforce application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Expertise in APEX language, development tools, and/or databases and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization.
- Project experience with Salesforce Lightning and developing lightning custom components, experience with custom integration, REST API, Community Cloud, CPQ and Salesforce1 a plus.
- Good understanding of Database Technologies such as SQL.
- 4-6+ years experience in systems analysis and application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience with third party Salesforce application packages.
- Understand the business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Broad knowledge of the client area's functions and systems, and systems and application program development technologies alternatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business areas, IT infrastructure teams, and IT management and staff.
- Receives general supervision, and is competent to work at the highest level of all technical phases of systems analysis and application program development while working on own most of the time.
- May act as Team Leader. May be involved in providing assistance and training to lower level - Programmer/Analysts.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Developers certification in Salesforce with concentration on declarative development.
