Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Miami, FL.

Summary:
The SFHC Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The SFHC Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The SFHC Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. The candidate oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. The Salesforce Developer researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. They understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. The Salesforce Developer also makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. They will also follow established guidelines/procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree
