Job Description:
- Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations, drawing on your relevant past experience and understanding of best practices surrounding CRM, lead flow management, Custom Objects, Relational Data and Salesforce.com
- Ensure that the configuration of local Salesforce.com installations and associated systems are implemented according to user requirements needs and best practices
- Ensure that CRM installations run as intelligently and efficiently as possible through continuous improvement and management
- Support in architecture and design of solutions
- Lead a team of developers and perform code-reviews
- Perform bulk import operations into Salesforce.com
- Work in an agile environment with a team of developers, product owners and testers
- Administration and support of Salesforce
- Logging and managing identified problems through to resolution
- Deployment and release management using CI/CD
- Supporting the Salesforce integration with other applications
Requirements
- Strong Salesforce development experience with hands on knowledge of LWC, Aura Components, Apex and Visualforce
- Strong understanding of declarative automation features within the platform
- Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201) and Platform Developer 1 (Platform Developer 2 is ideal, but not mandatory)
- Hands On experience with Version/Source Control and Continuous Integration
- Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
- Experience in sandbox and environment management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce coding best practices, design patterns and enterprise patterns
- Willing to learn newer features within the platform, through Trailhead and Salesforce certificationsJ.P.
