POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This high impact, high visibility position is responsible for the architecture, design, development, administration, availability, security and ongoing maintenance of See’s E-Commerce platforms.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-stack development of enhancements and new application functions to achieve business goals, based on roadmap objectives, high level descriptions and collaboration with E-Commerce team members.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive understanding of the business processes that drive E-Commerce user experience and conversion.
- Develops and maintains collaborative business relationships with E-Commerce counterparts.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve effectiveness and efficiencies, by staying on top of Salesforce recommendations gained through Trailhead and industry best practices.
- Maintains current knowledge and understanding of common security vulnerabilities; develops applications based on secure coding techniques ensuring secure operation.
- Partners with third party to maintain existing connectors, APIs, web services and cartridges, and install new ones as defined by the business.
- Understands and adheres to See’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process as described in See’s Information Security Policies and Procedures manual.
- Debugs and unit tests all work prior to peer code review and user acceptance testing.
- Ensures E-Commerce technology stack is configured using correct versions to ensure high availability and security.
- Monitors, evaluates and resolves security issues including vulnerabilities discovered via external scans and third party ethical hacking.
- Provides application support, including technical problem resolution, bug fixes and after-hours support; able to assess and improve upon end-user E-Commerce experience.
- Ensures E-Commerce application is highly available through technology stack configuration and tuning, load testing, and seasonal real-time monitoring.
- Performs special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
- Five years E-Commerce development experience; including HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, JQuery, JSON and web services.
- Three years development experience on SFCC/DemandWare.
- Two years development experience on SFCC/SFRA.
- Experience working with senior level marketing executives to translate business requirements into high functioning web capabilities.
- Three years Oracle or MS SQL Database experience including SQL and stored procedures.
- Working experience with SFDC a plus.
- Familiarity with web and E-Commerce KPIs and analytics systems (such as Google Analytics, FullStory) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, strong decision making, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven individual with a “can do” attitude.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.
