We are looking for a Salesforce Developer who will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of Salesforce within Docebo ERP. You will be responsible for implementing design, development, testing and implementation of internal customizations, applications, extensions and integrations. You will report directly to Sales and Marketing Solution Architect and collaborate with Executives, Marketing and Sales teams to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within the Docebo Salesforce. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and future of Docebo in terms of the decision-making process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, code, test and debug the integration of Salesforce within Docebo ERP
- Have a clear ability to comprehend from a “big picture” down to the details of what can and cannot be done including understanding downstream ramifications and results;
- Design workarounds to meet Docebo business requirements
- Follow project development and manage practical activities and tasks related to the project's implementation
- Establish requirements working closely with internal stakeholders, developing user stories and storing into JIRA to manage sprints;
- Manage all Salesforce administrative, architecture, support and maintenance activities;
- Follow agile/scrum methodologies in the development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience with APEX, Lightning, AppExchange, Canvas, Javascript
- Experience with installing and customizing packages from AppExchange. Knowledge of CPQ module is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality
- Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable, tolerant, and determined
- Good team player
- Good eye for detail
