About the role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Comms Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and ideally Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small agile team environment and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. You’ll work with a Business Systems Architect to take user problem statements and develop a solution that works for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on Comms Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and the ideal candidate will have some Revenue Cloud experience as well.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce by implementing best practices for data management and migration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with team members in an agile environment.
• Utilize Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and scalability of the platform.

What we are looking for

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proven experience with Comms Cloud, Salesforce Communities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in a small team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
