Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Salesforce Admin and Developer to join our dynamic Finance and Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll harness the power of Salesforce to drive data-driven decision-making and streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration and Development

• Manage Salesforce's overall setup, configuration, customization, maintenance, and new feature development
• Spearhead Salesforce administration and development, including system configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance
• Develop new features and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with our tech ecosystem
• Craft custom objects, workflows, and dashboards to enhance our Salesforce capabilities
• Optimize our Marketing & Sales tech stack, including Pardot, Google Analytics 4, and Zapier
• Design robust system architectures that align with our business processes and technical needs

• Deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment
• Ensure native and custom Salesforce integrations are working as expected

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Salesforce administration and development
• Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting tools, best practices, objects, configurations, custom apps, formulas, workflows, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, JavaScript and Python
• Experience with system design and development processes
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBI
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience

• Knowledgeable in Sales & Marketing technologies
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as C#, C++ is a big plus
