Salesforce Technical Lead - Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex

35 hour per week, Monday - Friday
London based with travel to Portsmouth (Can be based in Portsmouth)
Are you a seasoned Technical Lead who can take technical ownership of the Salesforce application by identifying requirements, completing technical designs and delivering technical solutions? Can you identify and document areas of improvement for all systems within our Salesforce ecosystem and support the business with their on-going use of the application? If you can demonstrate previous experience of line managing a small team of salesforce professionals, then we would love to hear from you!
Where do you fit in?
You will be developing our systems and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and providing the adequate benefits to the business including supporting the application (fix on fail / data maintenance), continuous improvement, application lifecycle management, documentation, testing and training.
Along with this, you will also develop and improve the current reporting suite available to senior stakeholders and front-line sales team, providing historical data to aid future strategic decisions and developing the existing Salesforce platform to support the strategic aims within the organisation. You will ultimately be responsible for the technical framework for our salesforce org and will have overall people management for our Salesforce technical team of 4 and currently growing!

What do you need to succeed?
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience including a demonstrable ability to program in Apex on Salesforce including integrations with external systems (i.e. SOAP and REST calls), Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Controls and SOQL queries.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Previous team leadership /management experience.
