• Ensure Excellence: Oversee quality assurance, maintain development standards, and ensure everything is secure and top-notch.
• Mentor & Inspire: Guide your team, set best practices, and drive technical change with confidence.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Salesforce Superpowers: 5+ years of leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations, with hands-on experience in SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Azure DevOps Guru: Expertise in Azure DevOps best practices, with bonus points for understanding Azure Licensing and Costing.
• Lifecycle Leader: A proven track record in leading CRM or ERP implementations, especially in integration, data conversion, or extension development.
• Public Sector Pro: Experience in the governmental or public sector, with a bonus for knowledge in behavioral and public health.

Extra Cool Skills:

• Tech Variety: Skills in SQL, PowerBI, C#, .NET, and maybe even MS Dynamics 365.
• Certified Rock Star: Salesforce Certified System Architect, Application Architect, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Compliance Champ: Understanding of public sector security and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Communication: Must be clear and concise – we want to hear your ideas loud and clear!
