They are proficient at analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results. They interact with both functional internal stakeholders, technical team members and project management staff to understand requirements, analyze information, design comprehensive solutions, and provide best practices for administrators and developers.Additional Position Information: Reports to:Director of CRM Solutions Responsibilities:

Accountabilities:
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to the organization in the area of proper use of the technology, based on business requirements, as well as best practices for Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and directly with leaders and end-users, to architect technology solutions to meet the business needs.
  • Lead the solution design through analysis/discovery, design, documentation and configuration. This may include working with an implementation partner and/or representatives from Salesforce.com depending on the project.
  • Work with business analysts and other staff, to collect business needs and drive prioritization of requirements to meet project goals.
  • Understand the Salesforce products and how it ties to the strategy and organizations need.
  • Continually educate oneself to stay current on Salesforce and other relevant technologies that may be used to meet business needs now and in the future.
  • Responsible for Release and Backlog planning with the Product Owner and the Technical Architect.
  • Responsible for establishing and documenting technological best practices and coaching/mentoring fellow staff on complying with those best practices.Qualifications:
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including enterprise consulting experience, in a mid-to large-sized organization in positions of increasing responsibility. Ideally, nonprofit. experience in these positions would be desired but not necessary.
  • Good logical reasoning and synthesis skills, good communication and commitment to the results of the work.
  • Knowledge in programming logic, database concepts are desirable.
  • Salesforce CRM Knowledge is required, ideally with NPSP, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong Scrum methodology skills, including leading some ceremonies.
  • Proven results with documented success stories.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoftor other integration toolsets highly preferred.

  • Occasional Weekend & evening work required
  • Remote leadership with up to 20% travel pending conditions
